DUE DILIGENCE AND THE BUILDING REVIEW

About This Course

A due diligence period is the time afforded to a purchaser or lessee to enter and inspect all aspects of a property before finalizing an agreement. This phase, also known as the “feasibility period,” “study period,” or “investigative period,” ensures that the property meets business and operational needs.

You’ll learn about the different types of due diligence that may be conducted before signing the Heads of Agreement (HOA), including financial, commercial, IT, HR, regulatory, and environmental assessments. This course focuses primarily on internal-focused due diligence and building review, emphasizing commercial and financial due diligence.
