You’ll explore how to lead welcome ceremonies, contribute to lessons learned, and deliver closure messages to the business that reinforce shared achievements and cultural progress.
You’ll also gain practical insight into running a Change Sustainability Program—reviewing ROI, measuring behavioural adoption, and validating design intent. This phase ensures the transformation continues beyond move-in, supporting teams as they settle and thrive in the new environment.
By the end of this course, you will:
