Neighbourhood Walkthroughs - The Day One Experience

About This Course

Neighbourhood Walks are more than guided tours—they’re a foundational moment in workplace change initiatives. Designed for Day One of relocation or workplace transformation, these walkthroughs introduce employees to new spaces, tools, people, and cultural norms in a friendly and structured format. This course equips facilitators with everything they need to design and deliver walkthroughs that are memorable, supportive, and informative.

You'll learn how to coordinate walk logistics, recruit facilitators from key workstreams, and prepare impactful content for each station. From mail areas and Tech Hubs to etiquette, ID lanyards, and ergonomic demos, each walk stop is a chance to educate and engage. You’ll explore presentation templates, Welcome Pack highlights, and storytelling tips that turn checklists into conversations—and ensure employees feel informed, welcomed, and ready to work.
