About This Course
As construction nears, final documentation becomes critical. This course explains how the design team prepares and issues construction-ready documents, supports contractor coordination, and manages responses, approvals, and defect inspections.
You'll learn how to manage RFI responses, review shop drawings, and issue record sets, while coordinating with the Project Director and contractor through practical completion and defect rectification.
By the end of this course, you will:
- Identify key components of the final construction documentation set.
- Manage design team responsibilities during the construction phase.
